Guidelines for Digital Artwork

SOFTWARE:

• Adobe Illustrator - MAC Version CS4 or lower (PREFERRED)
• Adobe Photoshop - MAC Version CS3 or lower @ 300 dpi or higher, (FOR SCANS ONLY OR 4 COLOR PROCESS, if spot colors are used, files MUST be in vectorized format)
• Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or lower, PDF files should have all scans and fonts embedded PDF files cannot be changed by Labelprint.

File Information

When submitting digital artwork, adhere to the following:

All Fonts used in the document MUST be supplied(both screen & printer fonts) , or converted to outlines, If converted NO changes can be made by LPA.

All Support files used in the document MUST be supplied (EPS, TIFF, etc.) @ 300 dpi or higher.

IBM compatible versions in the above mentioned Software are fine, however all fonts must be converted to graphics, Mac fonts and PC fonts do not exchange.

PLEASE include a hard copy (color proof) along with your file. or PDF if sent electronically

We cannot open CAD files and cannot accept files for printing in Microsoft Word ,Power point or Excel. For FTP site info or any additional questions, please contact Nikki or Alan at 978-463-4004 .
